The gimmick of picking Palin is THE reason not to vote for McCain.

As the crisis in this country and the world becomes more and more apparent and its long life a certainty, we need a team of at least two.

Obama/Biden is such a team. Can you really, honestly consider Palin as an asset on the McCain team? His pick of her may have been seen for a few days as a shrewd strategy or tactic, but it is now apparent that it was nothing more than a gimmick.

Given the myriad of important issues facing our country why is she out on the stump doing nothing to explain the solutions of a McCain administration and is simply reading smear cue cards.

The Surge

According to the Bush administration, in particular his National Security Advisor, Stephen Hadley, it wasn't actually the surge that brought about the relative lessening of attacks inside Iraq. It was a series of new covert tactics, all of which are not being disclosed to the public at this time, that have caused the downturn in violence. The NSA credits these new actions as the real cause as opposed to the surge. And the White House has confirmed this.

The hockey mom makes incoherent statements, down in the polls.

Sarah puts on the charm and reads from cue cards for 90 minutes, up in the polls.

Has it really come down to this: vote for me 'couse she did not fu***k up this week? Hey, actually a good slogan. But they would have to take out the *** for Palin or she would fu***k that up as well.

We already know that Palin has no ability to speak unless something is written down for her. Example; the Courik interview...she was basically incoherent. Later, during the debate, when she had the chance to read the cue cards, she did well.

They now armed her with the Ayers line. She is only too happy to oblidge. After all she has to simply repeat was they tell her to say.

1. the viewing public is for the most part pretty stupid, Ok, uninformed about most issues...after they hear a question asked during the debate, they could not themselves answer it and therefore if Palin gives any answer they will be satisfied...if they dont understand what she says, they will just think that she is smarter than them;

2. Palin is too stupid, Ok, uninformed about most issues, and therefore doesnt know to be scared and will appear poised; and

3. after all she is a mother of five...

This just makes me SICK. It is one thing to make attack ads that twist the truth and take comments out of context, but it is an entirely despicable and new trash tactic to now make attack ads based solely on what you think the other party will eventually have to do in the future, regardless of what that party has said it would do. Keep with me here.
