The new George Washington Silver dollars do not contain the words, "In God We Trust", therefore I, as a committee of one, will refuse to accept them as "legal tender". If you want to serve on my committee all you have to do is refuse them and tell the person who is trying to give them to you why. I also am going to try to find out who the idiots that designed them and the idiots who pushed the U.S. mint to coin them, I'll pass it along. If you happen tp know either of these answers please let me know.
I am ashamed of our mint people who didn't have the brass to refuse to mint them.
As a veteran, I am reminded that "there are no athiests in foxholes".
I politely request that our congress pass a recall bill and that all these coins now in circulation be returned to the mint and melted down, and quickly!

ZpadreO.K. so I was given
ZpadreO.K. so I was given some bad advice about the words left off the coin. My obvious question is are our folks who design and mint our coins so ashamed of our God that they play into the hands of the athestic idiots by hiding a reference to One that has been a hallmark of our country almost from the beginning?
I will still not accept this copout by these ungodly individuals by refusing to use in any fashion these coins until some one with enough brass forces a redesign to proudly mint a coin with this phraise on it's face.
GOD bless America, In God I trust.

It would be interesting to
It would be interesting to find out what our presidential candidates think about this.
