Dear Senator Cornyn:

Senator Cornyn:

Thanks for the confirmation of receipt of my concerns.

Please bare in mind that most of us on the right of this issue still don't understand why our government isn't doing more to enforce the laws we already have on the books. That's so simple and shouldn't require new legislation. Where is the fence that was promised us? Why are we not deporting illegal aliens already in our jails? Why are we paying billions to educate the children of these illegal aliens?

Who's paying our officials like McCain and Bush, to ignore these law breakers? Is it the government of Mexico? Drug dealers from south of the boarder? Big business entities looking for cheap labor to exploit? Please clarify.

Maybe we could use legislation that holds the President, Secretaries of Homeland Security, Justice, HUD, Education and anyone else involved with immigration enforcement, criminally liable for failing to enforce the laws already on the books.

How long do you think it's going to take for citizens like myself to take up a class action lawsuit that pursues this very angle? Are you going to be one of the defendants named in that suit?

In my opinion, anyone in our Federal Government that willfully chooses to advocate new rights for illegal alien lawbreakers is in effect, "aiding and abetting lawbreakers": making them accessories to the crime and putting themselves "above the law". I sincerely feel that any Senator or Congressman that chooses to advocate special new rights for these criminals--not even part of the electorate--should be held to the same account.

Do you guys represent the legal citizens of the US or people from other countries? Who put you in office?

Therefore, I expect more from my vote. I hope that you and Senator Hutchinson are paying close attention. This sentiment is shared on both sides of the political aisle here in Austin. AUSTIN--and we're agreeing on a political issue across the aisle. Wow! Even my friends that vote Democrat are tired of paying benefits to illegal aliens.

When are you and the gang in DC going to make it stop?

Please make more noise for us!

Sincere thanks for the ear (and eyes)!
