If waterboarding is not torture, doing it to someone 183 time could get close?

Cheney keeps defending the use of any method of interrogation on the basis that it kept the country safe during his administration and because valuable information was obtained. Does he really believe that any valuable information was obtained after waterboarding someone over 100 times?

Of course not! We know he is mean, even sadistic. Can he be that stupid?

We as a country either have standards or we dont. If we do not pursue the former administration to the ends of whatever justice will reveal, we are trampling on our own constitution and reinforcing an image in the world which may never be repaired.
